Perception is Reality
Examining Multiple Perspectives of Colonial American History

Task

Your task for this Learning Experience is to take on the Point-of-View of an historical figure. You will learn to see Colonial American History through this new persona.

Working with a team of classmates, you will analyze primary source documents to help you to understand certain aspects of your Point-of-View and perhaps, even how to look at history differently!

Once you understand your Point-of-View, you will work at analyzing an historical event with other students who have different historical Points-of-View. Together, you will create a newspaper page reporting about this event that includes all the different views in your group!
