Passwords

I don't remember my password. What should I do?

Try your last name. The default password for your learning experience is your last name, until you change the password. If you still have trouble, email the database administrator at db@primarysourcelearning.org.

Why isn't my password working?

Be sure that you are using the correct password.

Passwords are CASE specific. For example, "cat" and "Cat" are not the same. If "cat" is your password, then entering "Cat" will not allow you to login.

Use the "password help" button to email your password to the email address on file.

If you still have trouble, email the database administrator at db@primarysourcelearning.org.

Experiences

How do I delete an experience?

Log into your experiences, and then click "go" for the experience that you want to delete. At the bottom of the screen, click "delete this experience". Click "yes" to confirm.

I deleted an experience I wanted. How do I get it back?

Contact the database administrator immediately at db@primarysourcelearning.org...the experiences is not lost, just not visible to you. Over a matter of months deleted experiences will be purged, so do not delay.

LOC.gov item entry

I can't find the collection in the list.

All of the collections have "official titles", but these are not always the ones that are listed on the bibliographic record of the LOC.gov item. Click on the collection on the LOC.gov item and look at the home page of the collection. Note the "official title" and see if you can find that in the collection list on your entry page. If you still can not find the collection, choose 'none', make a note of it and give it to your workshop leader or email us at info@primarysourcelearning.org.
